In Support of People

_______________________________________________

We have never encountered an organization with a broader base than the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest membership entity representing the concerns and interest of human resource managers throughout the world. A healthy, stimulating work environment is not just a slogan, but truly SHRM's reason for being. The pieces chosen through Artists Circle Fine Art for the organization's collection ranged as widely as their member companies . Artists supported by SHRM include Judy Pfaff a photo intaglio etcher and recent MacArthur Foundation Grant Winner; Martha Hubert, painter of iconographic acrylics on panel; Washington area master painter William Woodward and Carole Bolsey, painter and printmaker.

Although Artists Circle Fine Art does not make a practice of mentioning the internal deliberations of client art committees, here we make an exception. True once again to their cause and spirit, we have to confess we have never dealt with a more truly co-operative group of representative staff than the SHRM art committee.

Artists Circle Fine Art was also pleased to be able to assist the Society for Human Resource Management in commissioning of two large scale, oil on canvas triptychs by Kay Jackson for SHRM's new building lobby.
