Defining Your Objective
We are proud of our moniker "Applied Creative Energy" because rarely do our clients come to us with a project without very specific parameters, even if they haven't defined them yet.
"This is our budget." "We want pieces that reflect the firm's corporate culture." "The frame must be in keeping with a 19th century document from our archives." "The sculpture needs to be in our California office by Wednesday." are all conversation starters we've heard upon meeting new clients. Our objective is to help you define your art related need and the sooner the objective is defined the faster we can offer solutions.
Q: Can we form a new artwork collection (and install it!) before the move in two months?
Q: Is it cost effective to re-frame our existing artwork for use in our less trafficked areas or should we start from scratch?
Q: Is there value in the lobby tapestry that came down during the renovation?
Q: Can we possible treat the departments on all three floors with an equal distribution of artwork with the budget we established two years ago?
Q: How large should the new lobby artwork be and what style is appropriate given our building's client mix?
Q: Is there anywhere to display our marketing materials?

Presenting the Options
Our clients rely on our experience. Artists Circle's goal is to present concise, appropriate alternatives and offer advice as to the best options for the most successful outcome.
Time Waits for No One
We are in the business of art and we know any decision takes time. As you might expect, in our opinion, it is never too early to start discussing art. Clients rely on Artists Circle because we have the time and the expertise to efficiently pursue art solutions. One of the reasons clients continue to work with us, some for decades, is that we always meet established deadlines and budgets and present visually creative solutions, while working with some artists for over thirty years.
Budget Conundrum
Often our clients have budgets, just as often they do not. Our sole objective is to have satisfied clients who depend on us and are enthusiastic in referring Artists Circle to others. With the experience of hundreds of successfully completed challenges as our benchmark, we will assist you in establishing a comfortable and realistic budget.
Design Professionals
Your Design Professional is most frequently our best and quickest aid to understanding your needs. An architect or space planner who has the experience of working with you and aiding in your design decisions can often help us make best use of your time.
Getting Started
- Most frequently we start with a set of plans, often before we even meet our clients. This allows us to gain a general grasp of your site and some of the basic nuts and bolts criteria of your project. There is no point to proposing an eight foot artwork when you've got six foot wide doors.
- At our initial meeting we come ready to discuss the site with artwork examples for your reaction and general budget suggestions to aid you in defining your project.
- By our second meeting we usually have specific artwork for consideration, art placement areas marked on the floor plan and a corresponding budget.
- Follow up meetings will resolve additional art selections, framing approval and signage.
- Installation of all existing and new artwork is handled by our experienced crews.
